What's New in February 2020?
Happy March! As we spring into spring, we're excited to share a few things we've been working on as a team.
Lookup Element Data View Updates
In our latest iFormBuilder release we have enhanced the display of Lookup Element data when viewed on the Admin Portal. Before, data was displayed as a JSON object which was messy and difficult to understand. Now, the view will match the display on mobile devices. This will apply to the Data Views (List View, Excel, HTML, PDF, and Email Reports).
Zerion in the Field: How the Tetra Tech is Putting iFormBuilder to Use!
In Flint, Tetra Tech’s team was using pen and paper to collect information about residents as well as water samples. Information collected in the field included manually gathered GPS coordinates, and had to be manually entered into a digital format. This led to a less-than-reliable database that made it difficult to plan a response.
Using iFormBuilder, manual efforts were reduced and data collection improved dramatically. Interested in how your field efforts could become more efficient? Let's talk!
Bug Fixes

iFormBuilder: Fixed an error that would occur when using the American/Argentina timezone setting in Company Info.

Form Builder: Fixed an issue where you were unable to edit the condition value for options when creating a new option list.

iOS App: Fixed an issue where localization would not always work when changing the Region on a device.
- iOS App: Fixed a crash that would occur when applying the PAGETYPE_INFO Reference ID.
User Management Licensing Updates
We are currently updating our license page to follow the same format as the new User Management interface. By default, only active licenses will be displayed. The new page will improve the admin visibility of your users and simplify managing individual licenses. Check out our Community Post for immediate updates. iForm App Settings Screen Updates In Progress
Our new settings screens for iOS and Android Apps are in the works. We are adding some functionality such as a way to see details about your account and company profile. Head over to our community to stay up to date. In the meantime, check out the video below for a sneak peek of what is to come.

Webforms Lookup Element Coming Soon!
Webforms will support our Lookup element in the near future. This will allow all the functionality of our new element to be available right on your desktop through Webforms. Now, you’ll be able to:
- Reference previous information in a table.
- View current or past inventory, inspections, work order, and any other data you wish.
