Managing option lists can be difficult and unwieldy when you have multiple users working on different projects, and deleting or editing an option list can have consequences if a survey is active.
It would be useful to have a feature in the option list manager that told you at a glance 1) if the option list was in use, 2) the number of forms where it was being used, and also had an option to export a summary file with the list name and the names of the forms where it is being used.
An alternative solution would be the ability to download the option lists being used in a form/series of dependent forms. We could manage the list in Excel and determine which option lists were not actively being used.
