Add Ability to share forms which are already implicitly shared as subforms

Once a parent form is shared the subforms cannot separately be shared to another profile. We need to be able to share the subforms after the parent form has been shared, otherwise users in the shared profile cannot view data in those subforms on the website and the only way to interact with the data is through the APIs.

  Hi Ben, sounds like being able to assign "View" rights to a shared resource is really what you are after, instead of having to follow the links from the parent level down to the subform levels. Would this help your case?
