Annotation Widget support for Android

Currently, the annotation (drawing) widget is not supported on android devices. When accessing a form on an android device that contains this input type, users get a text input instead. This is an important feature for our implementations as our clients need to be able to add annotations to photos that they take, and they make use of both iOS and android devices.

In general, we need to be able to have the user experience between the two OS to be as similar as possible, we can't have important features of the form working on one OS and not the other.

  Hi everyone, there is a new release for Android deployed today that provides annotation support in the form of the "Drawing" element.
