CompletedA function that allows us to read the key value of option lists just like ZCDisplayValue_optionlist shows us the label :)

Can't get this to work for some reason. First, I'm assuming that it should be"ZCDisplayKey_optionlist" with one D not DD as it is in the title of this article. Second, is the second part of the term, the part after ZCDisplayKey_ supposed to be the DCN of the element you are trying to read (which is the case with ZCDisplayValue_), or the name of the option list that is being used in that element as indicated in this article? Thanks,
Kam

Absolutely critical to have the ability to use the key_value, as there is no way to designate the index value. Otherwise, there is a huge risk of creating orphaned records. We have hundreds of facilities in our backend system, all with foreign key values assigned just for this purpose. Without being able to use the key_value, there is no "safe" way to build cascading/filtered option lists in a way that can be maintained automatically (e.g., SSIS web service)
