July 12, 2022 (10:39 am EST): We are currently experiencing issues with recently linked DropBox accounts. Dropbox switched to only issuing short-lived access tokens instead of long-lived access tokens. Customers who have used long-lived access tokens will not be affected as long as you do not unlink your Dropbox integration.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not unlink your Dropbox integration for the time being while we work on a fix.
For those who have recently linked their Dropbox account (within the past 30 days or so), your Dropbox accounts access token will expire every 4 hours. If you're using Dropbox as media storage, this could affect where your media is stored if the account is not linked. If not linked, it will be stored as cloud files instead of Dropbox. If you're using Dropbox for form icons, element icons, or option list icons, you will see these not populating on the device until the Dropbox account is relinked.
We are currently working on a permanent solution to the problem and we greatly appreciate your patience during this time.
