How do I purchase additional users?
To purchase additional users, follow the steps below. If you are a Server Admin with a dedicated database, please start with Step 1. If you are a Company Admin on app.iformbuilder.com, you can start with Step 4.
STEP 1. Hover over the Server Admin tab and select Server Info.
STEP 2. Scroll down to the Navigation Tab Customization section and click on Edit Navigation Tab.
STEP 3. Click the checkbox for Billing.
STEP 4. Under the Company tab, select Billing.
STEP 5. Click Update Subscription.
STEP 6. Update the Current Number of Users field.
This number should reflect the total number of users you'd like your account to have. So if you currently have 15 and want to add 5, you would put 20 in that field.
STEP 7. Confirm your purchase.
- Click the checkbox for additional users.
- Type in CONFIRM PURCHASE
- Click Confirm.
STEP 8. Check that everything is correct and click Submit.
STEP 9. If you are on Dedicated Database, you can click allocate licenses from this screen. Otherwise, click Done.
