Starting March 31, 2021, Apple is changing the way Push Notifications are sent to the mobile device. Although we’ve been working to make our notifications compatible with this change, our current infrastructure does not currently support this update. As a result, push notifications for iForm for iOS (record assignments and notifications) will no longer work after March 31, 2021, until we are able to upgrade our infrastructure in the coming weeks. We thank you for your patience during this time. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or concerns.
UPDATE (4/1/21 1:00 PM): Deployment has been successful to all regions and no downtime was experienced. We thank everyone for their understanding and patience!
UPDATE (4/1/21 11:30 AM): We have successfully developed and tested the necessary future-proofing updates and Apple has yet to disable the deprecated method as well. Deployment is beginning and will continue through the day, but currently there has been zero downtime and none is anticipated at this point.
UPDATE (3/31/21): We are going to be sending out a mass email with additional details about this change.
