iForm for Android Common Questions
After upgrading to Android 9.4, your user may get an Internal Server Error when trying to sync. This is caused by a blank Device ID for the user on the licensing tab.
To correct this issue, go to the Licensing tab and delete the licenses for this user. Once deleted, have the user sync his or her device and that should remedy the error. Deleting the licenses will NOT affect any data.
