How do I send feedback through the iOS app?
If you have suggestions for improvements, having any issues, or just like what you see, you can now send us feedback through the app. To do so, please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. From inside the iForm app, click the Settings menu in the upper left-hand corner.
STEP 2. From the device Settings screen, click Support & Troubleshooting.
STEP 3. Select Feedback.
STEP 4. Verify that your email address is correct, enter your feedback and click Submit.
STEP 5. You will get confirmation that your feedback was sent. Click Ok to continue.
Your feedback is sent to our support team and a ZenDesk ticket is created. Someone from the support team will get back with you to answer any questions you've just submitted.
