What is Remote Wipe?
The Remote Wipe feature allows an admin to delete the local database of a device if a device is lost or stolen. If someone tries to sync the device once the Remote Wipe has been activated, the database will be destroyed in order to protect your data.
How do I view completed Remote Wipes?
To see what Remote Wipes have been completed, follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. From the Admin Portal, click the Mega Menu and select Licenses.
PLEASE NOTE: You must have the correct policies in order to view Licenses. If you don't have these permissions, there will be no link shown.
STEP 2. Under the Remote Wipe section, click Completed.
All completed Remote Wipes will be shown.
