User Management Policies
PLEASE NOTE: These instructions are used for specifically for the new User Management interface. If you’re still using the classic interface, policies will not apply.

What is User Management?
The new User Management interface offers a brand new way to create, edit and manage your iFormBuilder users. User Management, which operates through our Zerion Identity Management, gives you much more control over what users can see and do. By assigning users different policies, each with its own fine-grain permissions such as form building, managing users, creating form groups, and more, the new User Management interface provides you with the flexibility needed to create the best user experience.
What is a Policy?
A policy is a set of permissions that is given to users. Permissions control the ability to perform actions such as form building, creating and editing users, company admin rights, and more.
How do I assign a user to a policy?
In order for a user to do anything within the iFormBuilder platform, you must assign the user a policy (or policies). To do so, please follow the instructions below.
PLEASE NOTE: Users can also be added to a User Group in the following ways:
STEP 1. From the Admin Portal, click the Mega Menu and select User Management.
STEP 2. Select the user(s) you'll be assigning to the policy; click the Assign to Policies icon.
STEP 3. Select the policy (or policies) you'd like to assign and click Review.
STEP 4. Confirm the users who will be assigned the policy and click Assign.
STEP 5. Once the processing is complete, hit Done.
