How do I reset my password from the device?
To reset your password from the device, please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. From the log in screen, click Forgot Username or Password?
STEP 2. You'll be taken to the web portal via your device's browser. Enter in your username or password and click reset password.
PLEASE NOTE: If your email is associated with several usernames, please enter the username instead of email address.
STEP 3. You will receive a message that your password reset has been emailed. Check your email for the message.
STEP 4. Inside the email, please click the link to be redirected to the password reset screen.
STEP 5. Enter your new password and confirm. Select reset password. Be sure to follow the guidelines for the password criteria.
PLEASE NOTE: If for some reason you are still unable to reset your password, please contact your Company Admin to reset it for you. For security purposes, iFormBuilder agents do not have access to reset your password.
