The Email element allows you to collect email addresses out in the field and send records to those emails when the data is synced. It can be paired with an Option List of domain names or allow users to enter custom domain names as necessary.
To add an Email element to your form, please follow the instructions below.
From inside the form builder, click the Email button from the left-hand menu (A). You'll see it populate the device view (B).
On the right-hand side, you'll see the element properties. Enter the name of your element (A), and if you like, a description of what information should be entered in the element when collecting (B).
Note that if you check the Based on Label option, it will create a data column based on the Label on the element.
Scroll down the right-hand menu to the Input Properties tab and select the Send Email checkbox.
Scroll further down to the Option List tab and click Option Lists.
From the Inline Option List Manager screen, you have the choice to either create a new Option List (A) or choose an existing Option List (B). In this example, we'll be assigning an existing Option List.
Select the Option List you wish to attach (A) and click Assign Selected (B).
