What is the Toggle Widget?
The Toggle Widget can be used for "yes/no", "pass/fail", "on/off" type questions. It allows the user click on or click off of the selection.
Please note, when the Toggle Widget is selected, the Dynamic Value of the element is true. When deselected, the Dynamic Value is false.
How do I add the Toggle widget to my form?
To add the Toggle widget, please follow the instructions below.
From inside the form builder, click the Toggle button from the left-hand menu. You'll see it populate the device view.
On the right-hand side, you'll see the element properties. Enter the name of your element.
Note that if you check the Based on Label option, it will create a data column based on the Label on the element.

The below values are useful when creating Condition Values in conjunction with the Toggle element.
- The value of an untouched Toggle is null.
- The value of checked Toggle is 1.
- The value of an unchecked Toggle (checking the Toggle, then unchecking) is 0.
