When will my free account be closed?

All Free Accounts will expire on Thursday, December 1, 2016.

How can I keep using my account?

All free accounts have the option to upgrade their account to the Smart Enterprise Growing Plus account, which includes 50 users, a dedicated database, full access to the API and 8 hours of Implementation Support for $500/month billed annually. Every day we are seeing customers who commit and invest in the iFormBuilder platform at this level experience an incredible return on their investment, achieve unforeseen productivity and utilize the iFormBuilder team's expertise to drive immediate value to their own projects.

Why are you getting rid of the Free accounts?

In 2014, we started offering free accounts to customers as a way for companies and teams to build, deploy, and test their forms without restriction. The free account was intended to be an account type to help groups pilot the functionality and, ultimately, realize the value of iFormBuilder to their organization.  With this in mind, we want all of our customers to continue leveraging the iFormBuilder mobile data collection platform, as well as to benefit from Zerion’s in-house expertise.

In an effort to allow you to continue seeing the benefit of this platform, we will continue to provide all existing Free Accounts with the features noted below until Thursday, December 1, 2016:

  • 10 users
  • 100 Forms
  • Unlimited Record Uploads
  • 1,000 API Calls

    I’m not sure what motivated Zerion to move in this direction, but I think it’s unwise for discontinue the free account without providing an affordable alternative for smaller operations. This decision cuts out a large part of the innovative entrepreneurial part market. Many of these innovative people likely have growing ideas that would propel them into strong and growing customers for Zerion in the near future.
