There are two ways to change your current password:
- Using your existing password.
- Using the Access Recovery Code.
PLEASE NOTE: If you've lost or forgotten your password, you must use the Access Recovery Code.
To change your current password, please follow the steps below.
USING YOUR EXISTING PASSWORD
STEP 1. From inside ZIM, click the Settings button.
STEP 2. Enter your current password (A). Enter your new password (B) and confirm (C). Then click Save (D).
USING THE ACCESS RECOVERY CODE
STEP 1. From the login screen, click the Forgot Password button.
STEP 2. Fill in your Username (A), Company Name (B) and your Access Recovery Code (C). Create and confirm your new password (D) and click Reset (E).
PLEASE NOTE: If you don't have an access recovery code, please contact the person that created your user and ask them to provide it to you.
After the password has been reset, you will be given a new recovery code to replace the one you just used. Click Download.
PLEASE NOTE: Make sure to keep the Recovery Code as this is the ONLY way to login if you forget your password in the future.
