To filter your data, please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1: Navigate to the Data tab.
STEP 2: Highlight the form you wish to filter data for (A) and click the Filter Icon (B).
STEP 3: Choose the criteria by which you want to filter the data and click Set Filter. In this example, we are using the date filter. Only records created between 7.1.2015 and 7.31.15 will be shown.
Note: The date-range is based on GMT time, so depending on your location, you may need to adjust the range to get the results you are looking for.
STEP 4: You will be taken to the List View and shown only those records which fit within your filter. NOTE: The Filter Icon is now highlighted.
HOW DO I EXPORT MY FILTERED DATA?
STEP 1: After filtering the data, navigate back to the Data tab.
STEP 2: Highlight the filtered form, and select one of the export options.
