To purchase support hours, please follow the instructions below.
PLEASE NOTE: Only Company Admins have the ability to purchase support hours.
STEP 1: Hover over the Company tab (A) and select Billing (B).
STEP 2: On the next page, click Change Account Level.
STEP 3: Enter the quantity of support you would like to purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: The 1-hour blocks of support should only be purchased for situations that involve data restore, data export, etc. For form building, the 4-hour block should be purchased.
STEP 4: Click Proceed with Upgrade.
