How do I send notifications to my users' device?

A Walk-Me tutorial is also available for implementing this feature. Walk-Me can be accessed from the Tutorials tab inside the iFormBuilder Admin Portal.

Don't see the Tutorials tab? Talk to a support agent about getting Walk-Me installed in your environment.

iFormBuilder allows you to send notifications to your users' devices if you must get a message to them. To send notifications, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1. Hover over the User tab and select Notifications.

STEP 2. Type your Notification message.

STEP 3. Choose the user you to receive the message.

PLEASE NOTE: Only user's that have logged into the app will show up in this list.

STEP 4. Click Send Notification.

Your user's notification will display on his or her device.
