How Do I Unlock a User?

If a user has 11 consecutive failed login attempts, his or her user will become locked. A company admin will need to unlock the user.  

Please follow the steps below to unlock a user.

STEP 1: Hover over the User tab (A) and select Add/Edit User (B).

STEP 2: Highlight the user with the locked icon.

STEP 3: Press the unlock button.

The user is now unlocked.  If you wish to reset the user's password, please follow the instructions HERE.
