How do I unlock an iFormBuilder user?
If a user has a certain number of consecutive failed login attempts, his or her user will become locked. A Company Admin will need to unlock the user. To unlock the user, please follow the instructions below.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are working from the new User Management interface, please follow these instructions.
STEP 1. Hover over the User tab and select Add/Edit User.
STEP 2. Highlight the user with the locked icon and click Unlock.
The user is now unlocked.
