iFormBuilder's new Live Chat will allow you to have your questions answered more quickly and efficiently than ever before. Simply join a Live Chat session and immediately begin speaking with one of our experts. If all of our agents are tied up with other chats, you can leave a short note and one of the agents will get back to you with an email ASAP.
At the end of each Chat Session, a transcript of the chat will be sent to you via email or included in your current ticket, allowing you the ability to go over the information discussed in the chat.
It's also a great way for us to get to know you better and learn about what you're doing, and for you to get to know us better. We love our customers and love to interact with you. This is a great way to do just that!
Joining a Live Chat session is easy. All you have to do is click box in the bottom righthand corner of your screen as shown in the picture below.
Type in your name and email address (so we can contact you with any followup), and the chat will begin!
