To download records that have been assigned to your user, please follow the instructions below.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to download a record that has been assigned to you, that record must not already be on your device. Please delete the record, and resync.
STEP 1: From inside the iForm app, click the Gear icon.
STEP 2: Click Advanced Settings near the bottom of the screen.
STEP 3: Click Download Records.
ACCESSING THE ASSIGNED RECORD
STEP 1: Once a record is assigned to you, you will get a notice on your device.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be logged into the iForm app in order to receive the notification.
STEP 2: Sync the app and you'll see your form has downloaded the record successfully.
STEP 3: Click on the form, and in the record view you will see your downloaded record.
