How do I turn on the Download Records functionality?
To download records that have been assigned to your user, you must first have the Download Records functionality turned on. To do so, follow the instructions below.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to download a record that has been assigned to you, that record must not already be on your device. Please delete the record and resync.
STEP 1. From inside the iForm app, click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
STEP 2. Click on the Advanced tab.
STEP 3. To turn Download Records on, check the box as shown in the picture below. To turn Download Records off, you guessed it, uncheck the box.
How do I access the assigned records?
To access records that have been assigned to you on your Android device, please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. When a record is assigned to your user, you will get a notification on the device.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be logged into the app in order to receive the notification.
STEP 2. Sync the app and click OK when you receive the Download Completed message.
You'll see the form has downloaded the record successfully.
STEP 3. Click on the form and in the record view, you can access the downloaded record.
