What are Data Views?

The iFormBuilder Data Views are simple reports generated in the browser by consuming the JSON feed. The Data Views will display the element labels, as opposed to data column names in the Data Feeds.

How do I view my data in Excel?

PLEASE NOTE: If you'd like an Excel export that includes all metadata, use the Excel Data Feed in lieu of the Excel Data View.

To export your data using the Excel Data Views, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1. From inside the admin portal, click the Data tab.

STEP 2. Highlight the form for the data you'll be viewing and click either Excel or Excel Flat.
