***Translate now Requires iForm 5.0 client***
Form Localization makes it easier to support multi-lingual teams that need to collect data on the same forms. Localization works by specifying the language translations in the Localization page then based on the language on the users device, iForm will use the translations you define when a user's device is set to that language setting.
Please Note: Users must supply translations to be entered into the admin panel for each language you want to support for a given form.
Watch the Video below to see how to utilize Form Localization
To adapt a form to another language, login to the admin portal and from the Forms drop down menu, select Localization. Highlight the the form you would like add language support for and select Edit.
The following page shows the Form Name, Form Elements, and any Option Lists associated with the forms. Within this page you will see Language drop down menu at the top of the page. Select a Language and start adding the Custom Labels for the form elements that will appear when a user device is set for that language. When you are finished specifying the Custom Labels for the Selected Language Click Save. You can do this for as many languages as are supported by the Apple Device.
If a form has been localized for Spanish, then a device set for that language in the "International" device settings will display the appropriate labels for the given language.
At any time you can select Clear All to remove all the custom labels for the selected Language.
