Subform Data is viewed and interpreted in a similar manner to data that does not include a subform in the form. Subform Data records are attached to a parent record.
*When using subforms it is recommended that you unassign collect rights from users utilizing the form. This will remove the subform from the list of forms on your device and it will be downloaded as a subform.
When accessing data in list view there is a parent form of the data and when click on to view the data you will see a Subform(#) inside the list view if there is data inside the subform record. If you click on the Subform(#)it will take you to the record(s) that were collected inside the parent form.
Another way to view subform data is to go directly into the subform records that were collected from Data Views. In order to be able to view data directly you must assign View Rights to the user trying to view the data. Then simple click on the form that is used as the subform to view the data. When inside the subform element you will see one single record if Single Paging is enabled or many if Multiple Paging is enabled.
