Hours can be purchased directly through the Billing Section.
Support Hours can be used for the following tasks:
- Build new forms as well as make changes to existing Forms.
- Review forms and recommend best practices on how to use the platform.
- Train users on how to build complex forms and utilize advanced features and more.
If you would like to utilize your support hours please submit a ticket to our Help Desk at: firstname.lastname@example.org with details of what you need and our Implementation Team will work with you to get your forms up and running.
