What is the Manage Console?
The Manage Console brings many of the Admin Portal features to the iPad Application. Any user with view rights to a form can filter, search, sort, email, print, and view in either a grid or map view based view. Only Company Admin users can assign records.
PLEASE NOTE: A connection is required to leverage this functionality.
How do I assign records from the Manage Console?
To assign a record from the Manage Console, please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. From the Form Menu, click the Manage button.
STEP 2. Select the form you'll be working from.
STEP 3. Click the record you'd like to assign.
STEP 4. Click the Assign icon in the upper right-hand corner.
STEP 5. Choose the user(s) you want to assign the record to and click the Assign icon.
