To assign a record from the Manage Console, please follow the instructions below.
PLEASE NOTE: This option is only available for users with Company Admin rights
STEP 1. Click the Manage button at the bottom of the Form Menu.
STEP 2. Click the form you'd like to email the record from.
STEP 3. Click the record.
STEP 4. Click the Assign To button in the upper right-hand corner.
STEP 5. Choose the user or users you want to assign the record to, and click the Assign To button to confirm.
