To begin collecting data using in the iForm app you must first have Collect Rights to the Form(s) you would like to collect data with. This Right is Assigned in the Form Assignment Page.
Once you have rights to collect data login to the Application on your device with your Username and Password the Forms(s) will begin to download.
After Form(s) are finished downloading tap on a Form Folder you want to fill out.
Fill out the record and select the Done Button at the bottom of the page and your record will be uploaded to the server if there is connectivity or saved on the device until connection is available for sync.
Inside the Form you will have access to the following options:
Save - Saves the Record on the Device as a Draft.
Cancel - Exits the current record.
Done - Completes the current record. If required fields are not filled in you will not be able to submit.
