How do I download assigned records?
To download records that have been assigned to your user, please follow the instructions below.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to download a record that has been assigned to you, that record must not already be on your device. Please delete the record and resync the device.
You must first make sure Download Records is turned on in the settings.
STEP 1. From inside the iForm app, click the Settings menu in the upper left-hand corner.
STEP 2. On the following screen, click the Settings section.
STEP 3. Click the Download Records toggle to enable or disable. Green means it is enabled.
STEP 4. Once a record is assigned to you, a notification will be sent to your device.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be logged into the iForm app in order to receive the notification.
STEP 5. Sync the app.
STEP 6. You'll see your record(s) have downloaded successfully. Click OK.
STEP 7. You'll see the form now shows the Downloaded Record icon.
Click on the form, and in the record view, you will see your downloaded record.
