How do I automatically sync when launching the iForm app?
With Sync on Start enabled, your device will try to automatically sync forms and pending records when the iForm application is launched.
PLEASE NOTE: If you're working in a disconnected environment, we recommend turning Sync on Start off. This will keep you from receiving a connection error message when launching the app.
To set your Sync on Start preference, please follow the steps below.
STEP 1. From inside the iForm app, click the Settings menu in the upper left-hand corner.
STEP 2. On the following screen, click the Settings section.
STEP 3. Click the Sync on Start toggle to enable or disable. Green means it is enabled.
