Auto-syncing enables the device to attempt to sync any time a new record is captured, and the user returns to the form menu.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are in a disconnected area, you'll want to turn off the auto-sync feature so that the device doesn't continue to try to sync unsuccessfully
To adjust the auto-sync setting on your device, please follow the steps below.
STEP 1. Go to the Settings screen of your iOS device.
STEP 2. Click on iForm in the settings screen.
STEP 3. Turn auto-sync either off (in an area with a weak connection) or to on (if you are in any area with a strong connection).
