If you have a network error and you do have internet, meaning you are able to use an internet browser and surf the web, it is an easy fix.
STEP #1: Go to the settings screen of your device.
STEP #2: Click on the iForm App.
STEP #3: Check the server name and, if necessary, change it to the correct server.
If you go to www.iformbuilder.com to build forms, make sure that the server name points to iformbuilder.com. If you have a Private Database, then double check your company url is correct, companyname.iformbuilder.com.
STEP #1: Close the app from the background (double click the home button), and then press and hold the iForm icon until you see the red dash in the top left corner. For more detailed instructions on closing the app from the background, please click HERE.
STEP #2: Go back in the settings screen of your device, and toggle Airplane mode on and then off again.
STEP #3: Relaunch iForm to resolve the network error.
