The following message appears if you are using a trial account and have collected 10 records in any of your forms. This message is due to the trial restriction. To eliminate this error, you will need to upgrade to a paid account or delete the records collected in the table which has 10 records.
With the restriction of maintaining 10 records per form while in your trial period, follow these steps to delete some records to free up availability.
STEP #1: Click the data tab.
STEP #2: Select the form you wish to delete records from and click on List View
STEP #3: Select the record you wish to delete and click Delete Selected (A). Or if you'd like to delete all records associated with the form you can select Empty Table (B).
Trial users can upgrade to a full Smart Enterprise Monthly or Smart Enterprise "Exploring" account at anytime during the trial period. To do this, start by logging into the iFormBuilder Control Panel. Then select the Company tab and choose Billing. Once here, click the "Change Account Level" button at the bottom.
