WHAT CAN SUPPORT HOURS BE USED FOR?
Support hours can be used for the following tasks:
- Assist in building a project plan for deployment.
- We can create new forms for you and your team as well as make changes to any existing forms.
- We can review existing forms and recommend best practices for both the end users and data collectors.
HOW DO I PURCHASE SUPPORT HOURS?
STEP 1. Hover over the Company tab (A) and select Billing (B).
STEP 2. On the next page, click Change Account Level.
STEP 3. Enter the quantity of support you would like to purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: The 1-hour blocks of support should only be purchased for situations that involve data restore, data export, etc. For form building, the 4-hour block should be purchased.
STEP 4. Click Proceed with Upgrade.
HOW DO I USE MY SUPPORT HOURS?
If you would like to utilize your support hours please submit a ticket to our Help Desk by clicking HERE. Please include the details of the work you would like completed and our Support Team will contact you within 24 hours of your request.
