How do I reset my end user's password?
If you need to reset one of your end user's password, please follow the instructions below. You must be a Company Admin in order to perform this action.
STEP 1. Hover over the User tab and select Add/Edit User.
STEP 2. Highlight the user you want to reset the password for and click Edit.
STEP 3. Enter the new password. Be sure to follow the password rules.
STEP 4. Confirm the password.
STEP 5. A Password Confirmation prompt will appear. Type in YOUR password (not the user's current password) and Confirm the changes.
STEP 5. Click Update.
The password is now reset.
