What is a User Group?
A User Group is a way to group user from a particular profile together in order to assign forms to many users at once instead of individually. Used in conjunction with Form Groups, this is an efficient method of assigning forms to many users at one time.
How do I edit a Form Group?
To edit a User Group, please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. Hover over the Users tab and select User Group.
STEP 2. Highlight the User Group you want to update and click Edit.
STEP 3. On the following page, you can edit the name of the User Group as well as which users are included. Once you've made your edits, click Update.
