What is a RecordSet?
RecordSets are storage locations for data saved within Dataflow Automation. These RecordSets and the actions associated with them are the foundations for Dataflow Automation.
How do I delete a record from a RecordSet?
To delete a record from a RecordSet, please follow the instructions below.
From the Dataflow Automation interface, load the Dataflow where your RecordSet resides.
Highlight the record you wish to edit.
From the RecordSet drop-down menu, hover over Delete Records. You will be given the following 3 options:
- Delete All Records: This is just what it sounds like. All records in the RecordSet will be deleted.
- Delete All Records Recursive: This will delete any records in the RecordSet as well as any RecordSet it would flow to.
- Delete Records by RUN_ID: A RUN_ID is created each time data is uploaded to a RecordSet. This allows you to delete records based on these runs.
