What is a Zerion Dataflow?
Zerion Dataflows provide organizations Big Data capabilities including long term storage, data management, processing and integration without having to invest millions of dollars and a dedicated team.
What is a RecordSet?
RecordSets are storage locations for data saved within a Zerion Dataflow. These RecordSets and the actions associated with them are the foundations for Zerion Dataflows.
How do I create a Post Data endpoint?
Post Data is similar to the e-mail report in that it pushes a copy of the record data out of iFormBuilder to a user-defined web page (while maintaining the original record on the iFormBuilder database).
How do I create a Zerion Dataflow?
Many different types of Dataflows can be created such as aggregating, filtering and transforming the data you collect which allow your data to work harder and more efficiently for your team.
To create a new Dataflow, please follow the instructions below.
From inside the Zerion Console, select Dataflow Automation.
From the left-hand menu, click Dataflow Builder.
Click the Dataflow drop-down menu and select New Dataflow.
Provide a name and description of your Dataflow, and click Save.
Click the RecordSet drop-down and select Add RecordSet to Dataflow.
Provide your RecordSet with a name. PLEASE NOTE: The description is not a required field but is recommended.
When creating a RecordSet, you can setup an incoming Webhook at the same time which provides a way to push data from external sources.
Click the checkbox and press Save.
Click on the Webhook icon you just created.
Copy the Webhook URL.
From the Post Data section in your iFormBuilder or Data Collector account, click New Endpoint.
Paste the copied Webhook URL into the Endpoint URL.
Click Create Endpoint.
Once you've submitted records to the form, you'll see that your RecordSet now has data in it.
